Douglas R. Tracy, Senate President Pro Tempore Appointe

Douglas R. Tracy of San Diego, has been appointed to the California Employment Training Panel. Tracy has been the Business Manager/Financial Secretary Treasurer for Smart Local 206 since January 2015, the President of the Building Trades in San Diego County since June 2015 and is also the Vice President for the Building Trades in Imperial County since 2010. He is an Executive Board Member of the California State Building Trades since 2017 and became the Vice President of Labor Council in San Diego/Imperial County in 2015. Tracy is the Co-Chair in Smart Local 206 JATC, Co-Chair in Smart Local 206 Health Plan, Co-Chair in Smart Local 206 401 Plan since the beginning of 2015 and is a Committee Member for the Tri State Trust Funds Finance Committee since early 2015 and is a board member with the National Nemi-Nemic since 2018 and in 2019 was appointed to the ICRA Task Force.
