Rulemaking: Notice of Proposed Changes to ETP’s Conflict of Interest Code
Status:
Submission to the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) – After the close of the initial public comment period on July 24, 2023, having not received any public comment on this item, ETP submitted the proposed changes to its Conflict of Interest Code to the FPPC. The FPPC is now conducting a second public comment period.
Any interested person, or his or her authorized representative, may submit written comments relevant to the proposed action to change ETP’s Conflict of Interest Code to the FPPC. The comment period begins Friday, August 11, 2023, and ends Monday, September 25, 2023, which will satisfy the 45-day second public comment period requirement. The FPPC will only consider comments received at the FPPC offices during the above-stated timeframe. Preliminary Rulemaking Activity – ETP has submitted proposed changes to our Conflict of Interest Code, and are accepting written comments from the public about the proposed changes.

The comment period begins Friday, June 9, and ends Monday, July 24, which will satisfy the 45 day comment period requirement.
