Purpose:
ETP received $10 million in one-time General Fund dollars to expand workforce literacy training in California. These funds will enable eligible applicants to create or expand workforce literacy training in English, mathematics, digital skills, workforce preparation activities, and technical skills for immigrants, refugees, and English Language Learners. The application window opened on February 27, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. and closed on March 20, 2023, at 3:00 p.m.
