ETP Recognized for Best IT Collaboration Among Organizations
At the recent California Technology Summit, the Employment Training Panel (ETP), along with the Employment Development Department (EDD), Labor and Workforce Development Agency (LWDA), and California Workforce Development Board (CWDB), received the Best IT Collaboration Among Organizations Award for the Enterprise Time Reporting (ETR) system.

Led by EDD, the initiative modernized time reporting across participating agencies. ETP’s IT team supported the implementation through extensive coordination, troubleshooting, and configuration efforts to enable seamless system integration.

To date, ETR has processed over 1.5 million leave requests and approximately 360,000 electronic timesheets, contributing to a 40% reduction in reconciliation issues.
