Madison Hull, Senate President Pro Tempore Appointee
Madison Hull is a Glazier, Architectural Metal & Glass Worker by trade. Her quest to build started in middle school in wood shop, at high school in art and during a reprieve from community college by enrolling in AmeriCorps, where Madison was accepted by the Disaster Relief program with the Red Cross in Miami, Florida.
Madison’s experience serving in AmeriCorps, shaped her arc. A humanitarian at heart, tested by the most life alternating and devastating path communities and families are confronted with during and after the devastation of natural disasters. This experience brought Madison back to community college in the profession of Skilled Crafts at Laney College in Oakland, CA.
Madison graduated her 5 year Apprenticeship program from District Council 16 Northern California Architectural Metal & Glass Workers program. During her 13 years in the field Madison ran work as a Superintendent, Foreman & Leadman.
Over the last six years Madison has continued her path in her career as a Union member, a Community Leader and advocate for careers in non-traditional employment. In this time, Madison has served as Business Representative, Glaziers LU718 San Francisco, Communications & Political Director and currently Director of Service, District Council 16 International Union of Painters & Allied Trades.
