Mr. Cooper has over 25 years of experience working on labor and workforce policy at the international, national, state, and local level.

Chief Deputy Director

Jill McAloon has worked with the Employment Training Panel for nearly 27 years.

Michael Cable has nearly 20 years of experience as a licensed attorney.
