Legislative Data Questionnaire

ETP contracts funded with California General Funding, known as ETP Expansion Fund or California Community College Fund Legislation mandates the reporting of information. To stay in compliance with the Legislative Appropriation section (2.1) in the contract, these contractors must complete an additional data questionnaire.

Contractors needing to fill out the questionnaire will be contacted via email by ETP to let them know and will provide additional information. For new certification statements, these questions will be asked during the standard certification process.
