Work continues on the migration of single employer active contracts. The first set of contracts were successfully migrated over the weekend of November 6th through November 10th. Contract owners can now access these contracts in Cal-E-Force. This was a very important milestone to move ETP staff and customers into the use of new technologies.
Preparations are being made for the next series of contract that will be migrated over the Thanksgiving weekend. The cut over will start on Wednesday November 25th and be completed on December 1st. Emails and ETP staff have been in contact with these contract holders and walkthrough sessions will be held Wednesday November 18th and Thursday November 19th. Users will receive an email from the Salesforce/Cal-E-Force System that will provide user login and password. At this point access to the contract will be open. Access to legacy systems for these contracts will be limited.
Plans for the next wave of migrations and the Beta Testing of MEC contracts is being completed and will be announced here. We also want to remind contract holders that have “no tracking activity” not to add any transactions as their migration will be straight forward and allow all contract management to occur in Cal-E-Force.
We want to thank those stakeholders who have reached out and shared their enthusiasm to be migrated to Cal-E-Force. They were part of the ETMS migration and can’t wait to have all their contracts in the Cal-E-Force system.
We have completed the Multiple Employer Contract (MEC) Participating Employer (PE) Certification demonstration and input sessions. These sessions were very successful and provided a few modifications to the functionality prior to a production release in November, 2020. We received overwhelming thanks on the design and the session, the presentation for the PE Certification demonstration and input sessions and to the summary report is available here:
