Two important updates.
A population of approximately 80 single employer active contracts will be migrated from the Legacy System to the Cal-E-Force System during the last week of October, 2020 and the first week in November, 2020. Emails have been sent to those that will be part of this first wave. A follow up email will also be sent confirming migration and to alert contract holders that a 5 day window of no new Legacy entries (additions or deletions) will be put in place. The five days will include the weekend. Users will receive an email from the Salesforce/Cal-E-Force System that will provide user login and password.
We also want to remind contract holders that have “no tracking activity” not to add any transactions or they will be removed from the first wave and scheduled for a later migration.
We want to thank those stakeholders who have reached out and shared their enthusiasm to be migrated to Cal-E-Force. They were part of the ETMS migration and can’t wait to have all their contracts in the Cal-E-Force system.
We have completed the Multiple Employer Contract (MEC) Participating Employer (PE) Certification demonstration and input sessions. These sessions were very successful and provided a few modifications to the functionality prior to a production release in October, 2020. We received overwhelming thanks on the design and the session, the presentation for the PE Certification demonstration and input sessions and to the summary report is available here:
